Day Three Of Our Strike & The State Superintendent Of Public Instruction Intervenes

Update: Our faculty board and superintendent have declined Superintendent Thurmond’s invitation to meet and have designed it clear they have minor curiosity in bargaining in good faith and  in reopening our universities.

 

Right after a 3rd day of picketing at our universities, and then holding a massive protest and march in downtown Sacramento, Condition Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond has named for a negotiation session of all events (see movie down below). Assuming this happens afterwards now, it will be the first time in numerous yrs our district’s superintendent has essentially participated in a bargaining session. As a member of the bargaining crew, I’m notably intrigued what happens.
