Racial stereotypes drive students of color away from STEM, but many persist

For that reason, these learners encounter a form of racial fatigue. No issue what they do, they can’t shake the notion between particular white colleagues and collaborators that they will not belong.

As a consequence, several proficient Black and Hispanic college students depart STEM. Investigation shows that Black and Hispanic college students go away the discipline at just about twice the charge of white learners.
