Affiliate Professor Kim-Anh Le Cao, astrophysicist Clare Kenyon, Dr. Kylie Soanes, Dr. Maria del Mar Quiroga and Priyanka Pillai have been named Australia’s formal Superstars of STEM by Science and Technologies Australia.
The five College of Melbourne teachers are aspect of a 60-potent team of brilliant women of all ages in science, technology, engineering and arithmetic who want to action into the spotlight as media stars and have been picked out for the nationwide application to give girls in STEM more powerful abilities and self-confidence to have skilled commentary roles in the media.
“My mission is to get men and women thrilled about urban mother nature,” stated conservationist biologist Kylie Soanes. “I have constantly liked sharing tales about science and nature with people.
