STEUBENVILLE — Spot residents are encouraged to pay a visit to the Wreaths Across America Cell Education Exhibit when it tends to make a community quit Monday and will be stationed in a parking great deal location of the Fort Steuben Shopping mall from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Texas Roadhouse will be doing a “Dine to Donate.” All funds elevated from that and the bake sale will go toward sponsorships of wreaths for this year’s Wreaths Across America ceremony Dec. 17 at noon at area cemeteries.
